The Advisory Board is comprised of students and exists to provide support for the CWRC. The main functions of the Advisory Board are to:
- support the Administrative Director in carrying out the mission of the CWRC and job description;
- make recommendations on the direction of programming, events, and projects;
- act as a liaison between the CWRC and the Cornell and Ithaca communities; and
- review and approve annual budget, annual report, and any appeal to a University funding or grant for $2000 or more.
Application for membership on the CWRC Advisory Board is open to all undergrad and graduate students. The Advisory Board is primarily comprised of undergraduate students, many of which represent a variety of student groups and organizations. New members will be solicited through an application process that takes place each Spring. Interested applicants should contact Laura Weiss (lbw26@cornell.edu, 255-0015).
